Ermine is currently working as an analyst at the Center for Epidemiology and Community Medicine (CES) at Stockholm County Council, as well as a process leader for a network of different companies and organizations that together develop innovations in the countryside in Uppland as part of the implementation of Agenda 2030. She holds a Master in Public Health from Uppsala University and a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Lund University. To be able to better understand how factors such as health, education, working conditions, domestic and international policies, and market conditions affect the transformation of emerging nations into more prosperous ones, Ermine is even planning to supplement her degree with studies in development economics. Her main interest in global health is health systems transformation, because only through changing and developing a system can you make the greatest impact possible for groups of people, communities and nations. Ermine joined the SOGH team as Vice Director in 2019 because she believes in the impact that SOGH’s projects can make for local communities. She looks forward to contributing to the development of the organization and its goals.
