Roxana Pollack

Roxana is a Karolinska Institutet MA Graduate in Global Public Health and currently working as a Research Assistant in Public Health at the University of Glasgow. She is originally from Germany, but lived mostly in Scotland and Sweden for the past years. Previously, she finished a Scottish Undergraduate Degree in Geography and Politics at the University of Dundee in June 2020.

Due to her background in Geography, Politics and Health, her interests mainly lie in One Health, health inequalities and planetary health. Outside of academics, she enjoys playing Volleyball and hiking. She was excited to join the SOGH committee and expand her volunteering activities in Global Health further.
