Call for Applications – Website Manager

We are currently looking for a new Website Manager to complement our team!

What is required for all positions?

All positions are volunteer-based and require participating in board meetings twice a month. The amount of hours dedicated to the position varies depending on the position, specific tasks and/or period of the year. However, all managers are expected to take full responsibility for their roles and complete their tasks. Nevertheless, flexibility is at the core of our team, so we always support each other when needed.

Who are we looking for?

A person who is very creative, has good knowledge of computational systems and communications skills, and likes the idea of working on website development and joining a vibrant communications team. Previous experience in communications and/or website management (e.g. WordPress) is a plus, but not a requirement, as well as knowledge in global health topics.


The position’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • improving the website structure and layout, which will reflect current SOGH’s activities and aims;
  • keeping the website updated; 
  • curating the SOGH website blog; 
  • collaborating closely with members of the communications & external relations team.
